Danske Koncept Restauranter Holding ApS förlänger acceptperioden till den 24 juli 2015 samt offentliggör tillägg till erbjudandehandlingen avseende erbjudandet till aktieägare och konvertibelinnehavare i Nordic Service Partners Holding
Danske Koncept Restauranter Holding ApS (”DKR Holding”) har upprättat ett tillägg till erbjudandehandlingen avseende DKR Holdings offentliga uppköpserbjudande till aktieägare och konvertibelinnehavare i Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (publ) (”NSP Holding”) (”Erbjudandet”). Tillägget har upprättats med anledning av NSP Holdings pressmeddelande den 7 juli 2015 och den begäran som samma dag sänts till NSP Holdings obligationsinnehavare.
DKR Holding förlänger vidare acceptperioden i Erbjudandet ytterligare, till klockan 15:00 den
24 juli 2015, eftersom processen med att inhämta besked från obligationsinnehavare fortfarande pågår.
Utbetalning av vederlag kommer att ske så snart DKR Holding har offentliggjort att villkoret för Erbjudandet uppfyllts eller att DKR Holding annars beslutat att fullfölja Erbjudandet. Förutsatt att sådant offentliggörande sker senast den 27 juli 2015 beräknas utbetalning kunna ske omkring den 29 juli 2015. DKR Holding förbehåller sig rätten att förlänga acceptfristen för Erbjudandet ytterligare, liksom att senarelägga tidpunkten för utbetalning av vederlag.

Danske Koncept Restauranter Holding ApS extends the acceptance period to 24 July 2015 and announces a supplement to the offer document regarding the public tender offer to the shareholders and holders of convertible notes issued by Nordic Service Partners Holding
Danske Koncept Restauranter Holding ApS (“DKR Holding”) has made a supplement to the offer document regarding DKR Holding’s public tender offer to the shareholders and holders of convertible notes issued by Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (publ) (”NSP Holding”) (the “Offer”). The supplement has been prepared due to NSP Holding’s press release dated 7 July 2015 and the request which has been sent to the bondholders of NSP Holding on the same date.
DKR Holding further extends the acceptance period in the Offer, to 3:00 PM on 24 July 2015, since the procedure for obtaining responses from the bondholders is still ongoing.
Payment of consideration will take place as soon as DKR Holding has made public that the condition for the Offer has been fulfilled or that DKR Holding has otherwise decided to implement the Offer. Provided that such publication takes place not later than 27 July 2015, payment is anticipated to be made on or about 29 July 2015. DKR Holding reserves the right to further extend the acceptance period for the Offer and to postpone the time for payment of consideration.
