E. & J. Gallo Winery has chosen Spendrups Vin to lead its future development in Sweden

In order to further strengthen its presence in Sweden E & J Gallo Winery has appointed Spendrups Vin, as importer and distributor of the company’s portfolio.

Spendrups Vin starts the co-operation August 1 and will manage the entire E & J Gallo Winery brand portfolio including the brands Gallo Family Vineyards, Redwood Creek and Bridlewood.

Charles Schuller, Central & Eastern Europe Sales Director, says, “We are delighted to be partnering with Spendrups Vin". With our diverse portfolio of brands and Spendrups Vin’s strong presence in multiple channels, we are confident of growing our market share in the Swedish market”.

Previous to the new partnership (and until July 31, 2007) E & J Gallo Winery worked with V&S Sweden.

Spendrups Vin will end distribution of Robert Mondavi during the autumn.
