Market Notice 86/19 – Information regarding Ecorub AB’s subscription option

According to a decision by Ecorub AB’s (the Company) board, the Company will issue a free subscription option.

The last day of trading in the company’s shares ECO B including the right to receive free subscription option is April 24, 2019. 

According to information from the company April 12, 2019 the record date will be April 26, 2019.

Previously communicated record date was March 22, 2019.

Note, the subscription option will not be traded at Spotlight Stock Market.
