EYEON GROUP AB (publ): EyeonGroup signs a reseller agreement with Domeneshop in Norway regarding B2B

EyeonGroup has signed a reseller agreement with Domeneshop in Norway for resale of the B2B service. Domeneshop is EyeonGroup's partner Miss Group's latest acquisition.

Domeneshop is a Norwegian hosting company operating in Norway, recently acquired by EyeonGroup's current partner Miss Group. Domeneshop is a market leader in Norway, currently hosting over 650,000 domains, and is represented in several geographical markets, such as Norway, Sweden, Denmark, US, and UK. The parties have now signed a reseller agreement where both parties will sell EyeonGroup's B2B service to Domeneshop's customer base, thereby increasing the number of potential B2B customers for EyeonGroup. The agreement is designed according to a "revenue share" model where EyeonGroup and Domeneshop share the revenues.
