Func Food Group Oy ("Func Food Group"), reg. nr. 2592369-6, har enligt 1 kap. 9 § lag om värdepappersmarknaden valt Sverige som hemmedlemsstat. Detta innebär att Func Food Group kommer att offentliggöra information avseende sina obligationer enligt svensk lag och Finansinspektionens föreskrifter. Func Food Group har sitt säte i Tampere, Finland och har gett ut obligationer som ska tas upp till handel på Nasdaq Stockholm. 

Func Food Group Oy ("Func Food Group"), reg. no. 2592369-6, has chosen Sweden as its home member state in accordance with Ch. 1, Sec. 9 of the Securities Market Act. Hence, Func Food Group will publish information regarding its issued debt obligation instruments in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s regulations. Func Food Group has its registered office in Tampere, Finland and has issued debt obligation instruments which will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
