Bolagsstämmokommuniké

Gaming Corps AB (Nasdaq: GCOR, ”Bolaget”) har idag den 7:e januari 2019 hållit en extra bolagsstämma. Vid stämman fattades beslut avseende val av revisor samt arvode till revisorn.

Stämman beslutade att bolagets revisor Grant Thornton Sweden AB med Stefan Hultstrand som huvudansvarig revisor ska entledigas. Därefter valdes det registrerade revisionsbolaget Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB (PwC) till revisor för bolaget. PwC har meddelat att Lars Kylberg kommer att utses som huvudansvarig för revisionen. Stämman beslutade slutligen att arvode till revisorn ska utgå enligt godkänd räkning.
