Increased institutional ownership in Generic Sweden

The Asset Management of German bank Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (Berenberg), one of Europe’s leading privately owned banks, has acquired a total of 700.000 shares in Generic Sweden for one of its mutual funds during the last weeks. Following these acquisitions Berenberg now holds 5.7% of the shares in mutual funds managed by them. Also, current owner Martin Gren, has acquired additional shares via his Investment Company Grenspecialisten and is now the largest shareholder of Generic with approximately 23.7% of the shares.
