Global Gaming 555 AB: Kammarrätten meddelar prövningstillstånd för överklagat licensbeslut (English version follows)
Spelinspektionen beslutade den 17 juni 2019 att återkalla Global Gaming 555 AB:s dotterbolag SafeEnt Ltd:s licenser att tillhandahålla vadhållning och kommersiellt onlinespel. Spelinspektionens beslut överklagades till förvaltningsrätten som den 12 november 2019 beslutade att avslå överklagandet. Förvaltningsrättens beslut överklagades till Kammarrätten i Jönköping, som idag meddelat prövningstillstånd. Prövningstillståndet innebär att Kammarrätten i Jönköping kommer pröva om Spelinspektionens beslut var korrekt.

Global Gaming 555 AB – Administrative Court of Appeal grants review permit for appealed license decision
The Swedish Gambling Authority decided on June 17, 2019 to revoke Global Gaming 555 AB’s subsidiary SafeEnt Ltd’s license for betting and online gambling. The decision was appealed to the Administrative Court which on November 12, 2019 decided to refuse the appeal. The Administrative Court’s decision was appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping, which today has informed of its decision to grant review permit. The review permit means that the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping will decide whether the Swedish Gambling Authority’s decision was correct.
