Global Gaming adderar rollen Operational CFO till ledningsgruppen (English version follows)
Global Gaming förstärker sin organisation ytterligare inom finans. I samband med detta inrättas en ny roll i bolaget, Operational Chief Financial Officer (Operational CFO), med plats i ledningsgruppen.
Michael Gatt har utsetts till Operational CFO för dotterbolagen på Malta och kommer från och med idag att vara en del av ledningsgruppen. Michael har varit anställd som ekonomichef för dotterbolagen på Malta sedan september 2017 och tidigare har Michael en bakgrund hos Betsafe, Europe Entertainment och PWC.
”Jag är stolt och glad för förtroende och det extra ansvar som följer med den nya rollen, och självklart ser jag fram emot att bli en del av den talangfulla ledningsgruppen.” säger Michael Gatt.
Christoffer Tell, CFO för koncernen, kommer fortsätta vara en del av ledningsgruppen men nu med fokus på att fortsätta utveckla bolagsstyrning, investerarrelationer och att intensivera arbetet med att se över förvärvsmöjligheter.

Global Gaming adds an Operational CFO role to its Management Team
Global Gaming is further strengthening the financial side of the organisation with the addition of a new role: Operational Chief Financial Officer (Operational CFO), as part of the Management Team.
Michael Gatt was officially appointed to the Operational CFO role for the Maltese subsidiary and will, effective today, be part of the Management Team. Michael has been the Finance Manager for the Maltese subsidiary since September 2017 and had previously worked for Betsafe, Europe Entertainment Ltd and PWC.
“I am proud but also pleased by this vote of confidence and the new responsibilities that come with the new role. I am looking forward to being part of this talented Management Team”, says Michael Gatt.
Group CFO Christoffer Tell will continue to be a part of the Management Team but will shift his focus more towards governance, investor relations and working more actively in M&A-related matters.
