Global Gaming överlåter rättigheter till Nano Casino till Finnplay-gruppen för 500 000 Euro (English version follows)
Global Gaming har idag ingått avtal med Finnplay-gruppen avseende överlåtelse av de kvarvarande rättigheterna i varumärket Nano Casino. Överlåtelsen är en följd av att Finnplay sålt sitt dotterbolag Viral Interactive Ltd. Finnplay-gruppen förvärvar rättigheterna från ett av Global Gamings dotterbolag för en köpeskilling om 500 000 Euro. Försäljningen ökar innevarande periods resultat med motsvarande belopp.

Global Gaming transfers rights for Nano Casino to Finnplay Group for 500,000 Euro
Global Gaming has today entered into an agreement Finnplay Group concerning the remaining intellectual property rights in the brand Nano Casino. The transfer is a consequence of that Finnplay have divested their subsidiary Viral Interactive. Finnplay Group acquire the rights from one of Global Gaming’s subsidiaries for the amount of 500,000 Euro. The sale increases the current periods result with the same amount.
