Greenfood completes divestment of Fresh Produce

Greenfood AB (publ) today announces the completion of the previously announced divestment of its Fresh Produce business to Dole Nordic AB.

The transaction, which was announced on 17 December 2025, has now been completed following the approval from the Swedish Competition Authority and the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.

Following the transaction, Greenfood will continue to focus on accelerating the growth of its healthy convenience food businesses, with Picadeli and other innovative meal solutions at the core of its strategy.
