Big coaster for small guests at Gröna Lunds Tivoli

BIG ROLLER COASTER FOR OUR SMALLEST GUESTS
This years brand new attraction at Gröna Lund is BIG news for our smallest guests – a shiny new roller coaster called Tuff-Tuff Tåget (the Choo-Choo Train). This brings the parks total to six roller coasters, one for every age group and level of bravery.
This year it is the tots turn to get a new attraction. Tuff-Tuff Tåget (the Choo-Choo Train) is Gröna Lunds sixth coaster and will be the first step in the roller coaster careers of small children. The train has no height requirement, so parents and adults can bring along small children for their very first ride.
"Tuff-Tuff Tåget is big news for all small children, and it also constitutes an essential part of our work to create attractions to suit every guest – from the smallest to the bravest," explains Jan Roy, President of Gröna Lunds Tivoli.
The coaster is currently under construction, but is right on track to set off on April 24 when Gröna Lund opens its gates for the season. Tuff-Tuff Tåget is being placed next to Cirkuskarusellen (the Old Carousel) just inside the main entrance, replacing an old outdoor café.
"Roller coasters have always been firm favourites with our visitors – theyre a real amusement park classic. Naturally, were very excited to be able to offer a choice of six here at Gröna Lund now - thats three more than in 2006", says Peter Osbeck, Gröna Lunds Ride Manager. "Tuff-Tuff Tåget will be the small childrens introduction to the world of roller coasters, and then they have five more to grow into."
