Chairman of the Board buys additional shares in GWS Production

At the GWS Annual General Meeting this year, Semmy Rülf was elected new chairman of the board and bought 200 000 shares.

Today he buys another 400 000 shares from former chairman of the board and founder of the company, Lars Lidgren. After the transaction Rülf owns 600 000 shares in GWS and becomes one of the larger share holders in GWS.

Semmy Rülf has worked for a long time in the IT industry as well as in the medical technology industry during his career. Among other things within the IT industry, as CEO for Axis Communications, chairman for Qlik and Mindroute Incentive.  

Since joining the chairman of the board of GWS, Semmy Rülf has been involved in the development of the company, putting a new strategy in place with the long-term focus of operations to strengthen the position as world leader in travel security. The company has also just released its new plattform. He has also been involved in the company's funding process. 

A few weeks ago, entrepreneur Greg Dingizian decided to invest SEK 15 million in GWS.
