HCL öppnar nytt i Litauen

Skapar två nya leveranscentra i Vilnius

Stockholm — 17 december 2019 — Det ledande teknologiföretaget HCL Technologies (HCL) utökar sin verksamhet I Litauen och öppnar två nya leveranscentra i huvudstaden Vilnius. De nya leveranscentralerna, Asgaard Keys och Technopolis Alfa erbjuder HCL-kunder i Baltikum, Norden och Benelux-regionen de senaste tjänsterna inom digital transformation.

Enligt Simonas Kėpšta, Chief Adviser till Litauens president inom ekonomi och social policy, är de företag som sätter grunden för innovation i regionen viktiga för landets utveckling inom den digitala ekonomin och en hållbar affärskultur.

HCL har ett världsomspännande nätverk av leveranscentra och innovation labs. Satsningen i Litauen innebär att HCL har en av sina största verksamheter i EU i landet. Verksamheten ska leverera heltäckande tjänster kring infrastruktur och applikationsutveckling till sina nearshore-kunder. HCL har fler än 10 000 anställda I Europa, vilka servar fler än 200 kunder. HCL har funnits I Litauen sedan 2016 och har nu cirka 500 anställda I landet.

HCL planerar att skapa ett ekosystem av partners som ett sätt att skapa ytterligare samverkan och tillväxt. Det omfattar exempelvis samverkan med lokala universitet, lokala och internationella företagskunder, ledande fintech-bolag och Invest Lithuania.
