HCL Technologies köper C3i Solutions

Uppköpet ett steg i HCL:s satsning inom biovetenskap och konsumentprodukter 

Noida, India och Horsham, PA, 9:e april, 2018 – IT-konsultjätten HCL Technologies Limited (HCL), har köpt C3i Solutions av Merck & Co., Inc, vilka i Sverige är mest kända som MSD. C3i Solutions är ledande när det gäller kundvårdslösningar på marknaderna för biovetenskap och förpackade konsumentprodukter (CPG).

Genom uppköpet kompletterar HCL sina IT- och affärsutvecklingstjänster inom biovetenskap och konsumentproduktmarknaden med den djupa branschkompetens som C3i har. C3i:s expertis inom säljsupport och starka partnerskap med branschledande produktföretag kommer att ge HCL möjlighet att bli ännu bättre på att leverera biovetenskapsrelaterade tjänster med patienten i fokus och att erbjuda mer effektiva tjänster till IT- och affärspartners inom sjukvården. Uppköpet bygger vidare på ett mer än 13 års långt IT-partnerskap mellan HCL och Merck & Co., Inc., inklusive tjänster inom ramen för HCL:s  tjänstestrategi Mode 1-2-3.  

Partnerskapet bygger även vidare på HCL:s satsningar inom tjänster för att optimera kundvård- och kundengagemang, särskilt genom att implementera advanced analytics, IOT och digitalisering. Det C3i bidrar med kommer dessutom att bli allt viktigare i takt med att branschen blir mer digitaliserad och mer beroende av starka och individanpassade kundupplevelser.
