HCL ADvantage Experience samverkar med Adobe Experience Cloud för ytterligare effektiviseringsmöjligheter för marknadsförare

Stockholm – 28 mars, 2019 – Det globala teknologiföretaget HCL Technologies (HCL), lanserar en ny platform med syfte att hjälpa kunder effektivisera sitt arbete med att förbättra kundupplevelser. Plattformen, HCL ADvantage Experience, samverkar med Adobe Experience Cloud på ett sätt som gör det möjligt för företag att effektivt individanpassa och mäta marknadsföringsinsatser med fokus på kundupplevelsen. HCL ADvantage Experience omfattar bland annat digitala verktyg och resurser som kan användas för att snabbt lansera olika typer av erbjudanden. Dessutom kan företag integrera data från olika marknadsföringssystem i  helhetslösningen.

Enligt beräkningar kan HCL ADvantage Experience snabba på lanseringar av marknadsföringskampanjer med 50 till 60 procent. Fördelarna med lösningen omfattar minskade implementeringskostnader med 20–30 procent tack vare ett bibliotek med förprogrammerade komponenter som dessutom kan återanvändas, upp till 20 procent snabbare time-to-market tack vare ett ramverk som är särskilt utformat för Adobe Experience Manager, upp till 30 procent snabbare programmeringstid tack vare funktioner för automatiserad kodgenerering och upp till 30 procent snabbare migrering från befintliga plattformar. HCL-plattformen gör det även smidigare att samverka med reklam- och marknadsföringsbyråer genom standardiserade processer för aktivering av marknadsföringskampanjerna.
