Intertrust acquires CorpNordic

8 June 2015 - Intertrust Group (“Intertrust”) has completed the acquisition of CorpNordic, the leading corporate services provider in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

With this acquisition, Intertrust becomes the market leader of trust and corporate services in Sweden and Denmark, and expands its network with offices in Norway and Finland. This reinforces Intertrust’s successful acquisition strategy, aimed at extending its expertise and global capabilities in the light of ongoing globalization and clients’ increasingly complex needs.

Following the closing of the transaction, Intertrust and CorpNordic have started the process to integrate the two companies. Part of this process is a full rebranding of CorpNordic into Intertrust, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
