Vid extra bolagsstämma i Irisity AB (publ) i Göteborg idag den 10 oktober 2023 beslutades att godkänna styrelsens beslut av den 21 september 2023 om riktad nyemission av högst 7 800 000 aktier till en teckningskurs om 5 SEK per aktie, innebärande en ökning av aktiekapitalet med högst 702 000 SEK. Investerare i den riktade emissionen är såväl befintliga som nya aktieägare i bolaget.

At the extraordinary general meeting of Irisity AB (publ) held today, on 10 October 2023, in Gothenburg, Sweden, it was resolved to approve the board of directors’ resolution of 21 September 2023, on a directed new issue of not more than 7,800,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 5 per share, entailing an increase of the share capital of not more than SEK 702,000. Investors in the directed issue are both existing and new shareholders in the company.
