ITSEcco återtar namnet UNIVITS International AB Nuvarande ITSEcco International AB och det engelska bolaget Ecco Holding Ltd. har som tidigare offentliggjorts åter separerat till två bolag. De två bolagen behåller ett 15 procentigt ägande i varandra. Som en naturlig följd av detta avser ITSEcco att återta sitt tidigare namn UNIVITS International AB. Beslut om namnbyte fattas vid nästa bolagsstämma den 23 februari 2001. English version: ITSEcco reverts to the name UNIVITS. As previously announced ITSEcco and Ecco Holding Ltd. have de-merged to two separate companies. Both companies will keep a 15 percent ownership in each other. As a natural consequence ITSEcco intends to revert to the name UNIVITS International AB at the next shareholders meeting on February 23 2001. UNIVITS has among other things developed the system for the second regulated electronic stock exchange in Sweden, SBI Marknadsplats, and is also the single largest owner of SBI Holding with its 10 percent ownership. Mr. Trevor N. Cass from England is the company's CEO and Mr. Björn Nordstrand its chairman.
