Diskussionerna har resulterat i en ny handelsplats, iFOX Direct, som bygger på ITSEcco/UNIVITS handelssystem Tellus Money Market. Utöver den tidigare licensavgiften har iFOX avtalat med ITSEcco/UNIVITS om utveckling av ett API (Application Programing Interface) till handelssystemet för att anslutna banker skall medges integration av sina interna gränssnitt till iFOX Direct. - Detta öppnar naturligtvis ännu större möjligheter för den nya handelsplatsen. För oss som företag betyder det också att vi kommer att presenteras för stora internationella aktörer - däribland världens största banker, säger ITSEcco/UNIVITS vd Trevor Cass. Total order value including the yearly licence fee equals 18.7 MSEK over a period of five years (1.35 MGBP). ITSEcco/UNIVITS International AB have as previously announced recently signed an agreement to enter a joint venture with US-company iFOX to establish an international marketplace for interest rate derivatives. The discussions have resulted in a new electronic marketplace, iFOX Direct, based on ITSEcco/UNIVITS system, Tellus Money Market. In addition to the yearly licence fee iFOX has negotiated with ITSEcco/UNIVITS the development of an external API (Application Programming Interface). This in order to enable banks to integrate their internal interfaces with iFOX. "Our products and our name will now be presented to International players, some of them the world's largest banks," says CEO Trevor N Cass. "We are also at the moment in negotiations with iFOX for further functionality to be delivered spring 2001." *ITSEcco will revert to its earlier name UNIVITS at the next shareholders meeting on February 23 2001.
