Rättelse i kallelsen till extra bolagsstämma i Katalysen Ventures AB (publ), som kommer hållas September 6, 16:00 i bolagets lokaler på Birger Jarlsgatan 22, Stockholm. 

Rättelsen avser:

  • Datum då aktieägare skall vara införda i den av Euroclear Sweden AB förda aktieboken, som korrigeras från 30 augusti 2023 till 29 augusti 2023.
  • Samt det datum då aktieägare senast skall anmäla sin avsikt att delta på stämman, som korrigeras från 30 augusti 2023 till 31 augusti 2023.
