Delisting of LGP Allgon

Delisting of LGP Allgon As previously communicated, Powerwave Technologies, Inc. ("Powerwave") has completed the offer to the shareholders of LGP Allgon Holding AB ("LGP Allgon"). Since Powerwave holds approximately 96.7 per cent of the capital and votes of LGP Allgon, the Board of Directors of LGP Allgon has resolved to apply for delisting of the LGP Allgon shares from the O-list of Stockholomsbörsen (Stockholm Stock Exchange). Stockholmsbörsen has today announced that the last day for trading in the LGP Allgon shares on Stockholmsbörsen will be Friday May 28, 2004.
