Annual report and sustainability report in Swedish and English are available at www.lmkgroup.se in pdf-format and will be distributed to shareholders who have requested it during April 2022. The company has also given notice of the Annual General Meeting which will take place on April 27 in Stockholm. “We finished the year with profitability and solid cash flow, and as expected, we were able to report growth for the second half of the year, despite a return to more typical seasonal customer behavior as effects of the pandemic receded. For the full year we increased Net Sales and delivered 23.2 million meals to our customers. The fact that our model results in drastically less food waste than traditional grocery stores is not an excuse to be complacent, but we continue to learn and develop our systems, practices and processes. We want the positive impact of well-made dinners to be reflected in the way we conduct our business and how we can have a positive impact on the world around us.”
