Mirovia Group acquires Bright Inventions Sp z.o.o. – software developers with expertise in custom software development – and closes its first deal in Poland
Mirovia Nordics AB enters the Polish market by acquiring Bright Inventions Sp z.o.o - a software development studio with expertise in building mobile-centric web platforms and blockchain solutions. In 2021, Bright Inventions had a revenue of 3.93 MEUR and an EBITDA of 1.42 MEUR.
