Mariefjärd AB (publ) ("Bolaget") har idag instruerat Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), Agent under Bolagets seniora säkerställda obligation om upp till 300 000 000 kronor med ISIN SE0009779069 2017/2021 ("Obligationerna"), att inleda ett skriftligt förfarande där Bolaget ber om att obligationsinnehavarna röstar för att ändra villkoren för Obligationerna för att möjliggöra olika typer av ägarstrukturer för fastigheterna inom koncernen, utöka Bolagets möjligheter att överlåta fastigheter inom koncernen, ge Bolaget möjlighet att klyva vissa fastigheter samt att efterge begränsningar för försäljning av vissa tillgångar.

Mariefjärd AB (publ) (the "Company") has on the date hereof given instructions to Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), being the agent under its up to SEK 300,000,000 senior secured floating rate bond loan with ISIN SE0009779069 2017/2021 (the "Bonds"), to initiate a written procedure in order to request that the bondholders vote in favour of amending the terms and conditions of the Bonds in order to allow for different kinds of ownership structures of the properties within the group, alternative ways to transfer properties within the group, give the Company an option to partition certain properties and to waive restrictions to sell certain assets.

Agenten kommer att skicka meddelandet om skriftligt förfarande till samtliga obligationsinnehavare den 5 oktober 2017 i enlighet med villkoren för Obligationerna. Det skriftliga förfarandet avslutas klockan 17:00 (CEST) den 30 oktober 2017.

The agent will dispatch the notice to the written procedure to all bondholders on 5 October 2017 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The written procedure will end at 17:00 (CEST) on 30 October 2017.
