Resultat från skriftligt förfarande
Villkor som definieras i obligationsvillkoren för ovan nämnda obligationsemission ("Obligationsvillkoren") ska ha samma innebörd när de används i detta meddelande, om inte annat anges här i.
Den 5 oktober 2017 skickades ett meddelande om skriftligt förfarande till Obligationsinnehavarna med en Begäran (såsom definierad däri) om att genomföra vissa ändringar av Obligationsvillkoren ("Meddelandet"). Röstningsperioden löpte ut den 30 oktober 2017.
Ett tillräckligt antal röster erhölls för att uppnå kvorum, och en majoritet av de Obligationshavare som röstade i det skriftliga förfarandet röstade för att godkänna Begäran. Det är således fastställt att Begäran har godkänts, inklusive vissa ändringar av Obligationsvillkoren som utgör en del av Begäran. Ändringarna av Obligationsvillkoren träder omgående i kraft.
Results from written procedure
Terms defined in the terms and conditions of the abovementioned bond issue (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall have the same meaning when used in this notice, unless otherwise defined herein.
On 5 October 2017, a notice of written procedure was sent to the Bondholders, regarding a Request (as defined therein) of certain amendments of the Terms and Conditions (the “Notice”). The voting period expired on 30 October 2017.
A sufficient number of votes was obtained, in order to form a quorum, and a majority of the Bondholders that were voting in the written procedure voted in favour of the Request. It is therefore resolved that the Request has been approved, including the certain amendments of the Terms and Conditions forming part of the Request. The amendments of the Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately.
