Max Matthiessen Appoints Kasper Møller Smidt as Country Manager Denmark

Max Matthiessen is delighted to announce the appointment of Kasper Møller Smidt as Country Manager and CEO Denmark, effective April 1st.

Kasper brings an extensive background from the insurance industry, spanning non-life, life and pension insurance. His experience will be instrumental in elevating Max Matthiessen Denmark to the next level, delivering best-in-class client value while retaining and attracting top talent in the Danish market.

Kasper will report directly to Group CEO Jacob Schlawitz and be a key member of the executive global leadership team. Under his leadership, Max Matthiessen Denmark will continue to focus on organic growth, supported by product development and strategic M&A. By acquiring high-quality companies in the Danish market, the company aims to realize its ambitions and enhance the client experience.
