Alla nomineringar till MTV Movie Awards – Star Wars: The Force Awakens i topp

Deadpool, Straight Outta Compton, Creed, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Jurassic World och Star Wars: The Force Awakens är de nominerade till “Årets Film”. Star Wars: The Force Awakens leder nomineringsligan med hela 11 nomineringar. MTV Movie Awards är fansens gala och nu är det upp till dem att bestämma – idag startar röstningen. 

Idag avslöjar MTV samtliga nomineringar till årets MTV Movie Awards. Det är galans 25-årsjubileum och de populäraste filmerna hyllas, tillsammans med fansen. Avengers: Age of Ultron, Creed, Deadpool, Jurassic World, Star Wars: The Force Awakens och Straight Outta Compton är alla nominerade till “Årets Film” (“Movie of the Year”). Star Wars: The Force Awakens toppar nomineringslistan med hela 11 stycken. Programledarna för MTV Movie Awards 2016 är Dwayne ”The Rock” Johnson och Kevin Hart. Galan sänds live måndagen den 11 april kl. 02.00 på morgonen, på MTV.

Nytt för i år är att MTV har infört ett samarbete med Google. Samarbetet innebär att fans har fans möjlighet att rösta på sin favorit i kategorin ”Årets film” endast skriva in ”MTV Vote” i Googles sökfunktion. I andra kategorier kan fans från och med idag göra sin röst hörd genom via mobiltelefoner, datorskärmar och surfplattor på

 www.MovieAwards.MTV.com, fram till söndagen den 20 mars.

-          Vad som alltid har varit så coolt med “MTV Movie Awards” är att det handlar om populära filmer som publiken hyllar: komedier, superhjältar, science fiction, fantasy, action. Denna show handlar om beundran och stjärnorna kommer för att fira detta. Vi vill hela tiden återspegla vad publiken faktiskt tycker, säger Casey Patterson, Exekutiv Producent för MTV Movie Awards 2016.

I år introducerar MTV Movie Awards två nya kategorier som lyfter fram autentiska berättelser – Sann Historia (”True Story”) och Dokumentär (”Documentary”).
