following which he holds 70,721 shares in the Company.
- Kari Nicolaisen, EVP HR & Corporate Communications, purchased 858 shares,
following which she holds 5,253 shares in the Company.
- Johan Arntzen, COO, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 10,308 shares in the Company.
- Leif Olav Bogen, EVP Region Norway, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 8,737 shares in the Company.
- Kristin Olsson Augestad, EVP Region Oslo, purchased 858 shares,
following which she holds 11,002 shares in the Company.
- Hilde Gillebo, EVP Energy, purchased 650 shares,
following which she holds 4,021 shares in the Company.
- Geir Juterud, EVP Project Director Nye Rikshospitalet, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 7,980 shares in the Company.
- Morten Alstad, EVP Projects, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 70,885 shares in the Company.
- Torben Halland Wedervang, employee representative on the board, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 4,303 shares in the Company.
- Gunnar Vatnar, employee representative on the board, purchased 600 shares,
following which he holds 600 shares in the Company.
- Karine Gjersø, employee representative on the board, purchased 600 shares,
following which she holds 1,948 shares in the Company.
- Arve Lønes, deputy board member, purchased 858 shares,
following which he holds 5,089 shares in the Company.
The transactions were based on a price of NOK 123.9312 per share, which is a 20% discount of the volume-weighted average share price of NOK 154.9140 per share traded on Oslo Børs in the period between 3 - 9 November 2021.
