Netmore Group AB (publ) establishes Joint Venture company in Ireland with immediate effect

For many years, Netmore Group AB has had a dormant company in Ireland. This company has now been established as a JV company together with a recognized local businessman, Declan Drummond, experienced in network establishment, rollout and business development.

With his knowledge and network we have found a good match to quickly establish ourselves with Netmore Group's various products for private radio networks and solutions for property owners and industries.

During Q4, the company was activated with all permits and registrations to operate fully on the Irish market. During Q4, the company, in parallel with the establishment, worked to offer various solutions for Irish customers.
