Netmore Group AB (publ) establishes Joint Venture company in UK
Netmore Group AB has arrived in the UK. Netmore IoT Solutions Ltd is a joint venture with UK experts and positions the Group for growth both in the UK and internationally.
The JV company has been established with two telecom entrepreneurs, Stefan Stanislawski and Richard Jones. They are also co-founders of Connect Fibre (an open access fibre builder and operator) and the two companies have formed an alliance to share knowledge, address certain types of customer and accelerate each other’s growth.
A key focus of Netmore IoT Solutions will be the opportunities created by the recent liberalisation of spectrum by UK regulator Ofcom. This allows new 4G and 5G low power and private mobile networks which is a particular expertise of Netmore. Private mobile networks are useful when there is a need to provide reliable coverage, connectivity, and mobility for IoT use cases.
The JV will also have access to the full technical resources of the Group and will promote Netmore Group's various products for private mobile networks and solutions for property owners and industries.

The company was registered in the autumn, all necessary permits and registrations to operate fully in the UK market have now been obtained
