Nitro Games ingår nytt avtal med Avalanche Studios
Parterna har avtalat om att Nitro Games utvecklar en data stack för Avalanche Studios som förberedelse för kommande soft launch av en icke namngiven titel.
Nitro Games har signerat ett nytt avtal med Expansive Worlds AB (”Avalanche Studios”) för att utveckla en data stack. Parterna har tidigare ingått ett avtal i juni 2019 gällande utveckling av ett mobilspel för Avalanche Studios, baserat på Avalanches IP.
Med detta nya avtal förbereder parterna en kommande soft launch av det spel som Nitro Games utvecklar åt Avalanche Studios. Data stacken är en samling verktyg och processer baserat på inkommande data och Nitro Games proprietära teknologi, NG platform. Ordervärdet är inte signifikant (€30,000) men har strategiskt värde då Nitro Games proprietära teknologi samt bolagets kompetens inom förläggarverksamheten utgör basen i överenskommelsen.
