Nitro Games ingår tilläggsavtal värt 1,1 MEUR med Expansive Worlds AB (“ Avalanche Studios”)
Parterna har kommit överens om att förlänga det befintliga avtalet med ytterligare 12 månader.
Nitro Games ingår ett tilläggsavtal för utveckling och förlagstjänster med Expansive Worlds AB (“Avalanche Studios”), för en ännu ej namngiven titel. Parterna signerade ursprungligen ett avtal i juni 2019 gällande utveckling av ett mobilspel för Expansive Worlds, baserat på Expansive Worlds IP.
Detta avtal innebär att Nitro Games fortsätter utvecklingen av spelet under ”live operations” för Expansive Worlds AB. Avtalsperioden löper under ytterligare 12 månader, mellan maj 2020 och april 2021. Ordervärdet i tilläggsavtalet uppgår till 1,1 MEUR. Avtalet innebär ytterligare en potentiell uppsida för Nitro Games i form av royalties efter kostnadstäckning, i enlighet med branschstandard.
