Oboya Horticulture Industries AB: ansöker om förlängning av företagsrekonstruktion

Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (publ.) (”Oboya”) har ansökt om förlängning av rekonstruktion i tre månader till.

För Oboya är offentligt ackordsförhandling den 23 mars 2021 som hade publicerat via ett pressmeddelande i februari 2021.

Samma begäran om förlängning har även lämnat in för dotterbolaget Cofa Plastics Aktiebolag där bolaget hade sänt ut ett ackordsförslag till sina fordringsägare.
