Oboya Horticulture senarelägger årsstämman 2021
Årsstämman i Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (publ.) (”bolaget”) kommer att hållas tisdagen den 22 juni 2021 kl. 10.00 i stället för tidigare beslutat datum den 20 maj 2021. Orsaken är att bolaget avser att byta revisionsbolag i samband med årsstämman och den processen har tagit längre tid än beräknat.
Kallelse kommer att publiceras senast fyra veckor före stämman på bolagets hemsida www.oboya.se och i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar.
