Open Infra US Assets AB (publ) - Payment of Consent Fee
Stockholm, 26 September 2025
On 11 September 2025, Open Infra US Assets AB (publ) (the "Company") announced the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated 27 August 2025 in relation to the Company's USD 50,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0013140640 with a framework of USD 150,000,000 (the "Bonds"). Pursuant to the notice of written procedure, the Company shall pay a consent fee to eligible Bondholders on 25 September 2025.
The Company has today made the payment of the consent fee to the CSD's account-based system and the eligible Bondholders as specified in the notice of the written procedure will receive payment on 29 September 2025.
Bondholders as of the applicable record date for receipt of the consent fee (18 September 2025) prior to the Postponement will continue to be entitled to receive the Consent Fee.
