Opus refinansierar alla utestående lån
Opus har idag, genom Ares Management Limited, erhållit den nya finansieringen bestående av lån om 250 MUSD (cirka 2 500 MSEK) respektive cirka 646 MSEK som beskrivits i Opus pressmeddelande den 1 april 2020. Lånet har en löptid om 7 år och löper med en variabel räntemarginal som är beroende av vissa finansiella nyckeltal.
Syftet med upptagandet av de nya lånen är att refinansiera alla Opus utestående lån, inklusive återköp/inlösen av Opus utestående 2018/2022 500 MSEK obligationer. Refinansieringen förväntas genomföras och avslutas under april 2020.
