PolarCool AB ("PolarCool") board member Håkan Samuelsson has today subscribed for all his unit rights and subscribe for a total of SEK 472 500. Håkan had previously submitted a subscription commitment of SEK 56 000. The board and management of PolarCool subscribe for a total of SEK 978 500.

The board and management of PolarCool subscribe to the ongoing rights issue as follows:

Håkan Samuelsson, board member, 472 500 SEK.
Gustaf Frithz, chairman of the board, 248 000 SEK.
Erik Andersson, CEO, 75 000 SEK.
Kim Isaksson, CFO, 75 000 SEK. 
Mats Forsman, board member, 30 000 SEK.
Pär Carmonius, board member, 22 000 SEK.
