PolarCool Board members and Management subscribe for more unit rights in the company’s ongoing rights issue

PolarCool AB’s ("PolarCool" or the "Company") Chairman of the Board Gustaf Frithz has increased his subscription commitment from SEK 100,000 to SEK 248,000 and the Company's Chief Technical Officer Kim Isaksson has subscribed for units of SEK 75,000. The board and management of PolarCool have previously submitted subscription commitments of a total of SEK 283,000, which has now been increased to SEK 506,000.

The board and management of PolarCool subscribe to the ongoing rights issue as follows:

Gustaf Frithz, chairman of the board, 248 000 SEK.

Erik Andersson, CEO, 75 000 SEK.

Kim Isaksson, CFO, 75 000 SEK. 

Håkan Samuelsson, board member, 56 000 SEK.

Mats Forsman, board member, 30 000 SEK.

Pär Carmonius, board member, 22 000 SEK.
