Prebona and Syngenta sign a global Distribution Agreement
On February 24th, 2020 Prebona AB (publ), Sweden, has signed an exclusive global distribution agreement with Syngenta Flowers, represented by Syngenta Seeds B.V., The Netherlands, for Prebona proprietary products.
Prebona AB is an early stage company based on proprietary and patented nano silica technology. Prebona is headquartered in Sweden and develops, produces and markets high performance products and solutions, including unique odor eliminating substances, disinfectants and surface protecting technology. Prebona’s innovative and environmentally friendly technology has unique properties for use in many industries and in agriculture.
Syngenta Flowers is part of the Syngenta AG group, Basel, Switzerland, and is based in Enkhuizen, The Netherlands. Syngenta Flowers is one of the leading breeders of hybrid flower seeds and cuttings in the world – developing and producing flower seeds and cuttings for growers world-wide. The signed agreement between Prebona and Syngenta Flowers covers the distribution of existing and future Prebona products to Syngenta customers.
