PREBONA ENTERS EVALUATION AGREEMENT WITH WORLD LEADING COSMETICS COMPANY

Simrishamn – Prebona AB (publ) has today signed a so-called Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) with an unnamed world-leading cosmetics company.

This agreement covers the evaluation and the development of new products or enhanced existing products based on Prebona’s technology for the cosmetic industry. The goal of the partnership is to open up new business areas for Prebona’s technology within the cosmetic industry.

The MTA agreement regulates, among other things, details of what is to be investigated, patent rights and also the right to the test results.
