Fine-blanking gives an excellent dimensional control, accuracy, and repeatability, excellent part flatness is retained and straight. Fine-blanking gives a freedom in choice of materials and treatment and the result is superior finished edges in comparison to other metal stamping processes, smaller holes can be obtained relative to thickness of material and multiple features can be added simultaneously in 1 operation. We also offer conventional production methods such as punching and pressing.

We invite you to challenge us in 2009.
