Prodoc vald till Bästa Distributör

På Sprint to the Finish-konferensen i Dubai blev Prodoc i hård konkurrens vald till Bästa Distributör av Ricoh International. Genom att presentera avtalet med Riksbyggen gällande MPS-lösning tog Prodoc hem segern och första priset.

Avtalet med Riksbyggen löper över 48 månader och täcker en ny behovsanpassad utskriftsplattform för närmare 300 platser och cirka 2 300 anställda. Bland de övriga tävlande märktes bland annat distributörer från Turkiet och Sydafrika. Efter noggranna överläggningar av juryn utsågs Prodoc till vinnare enligt nedanstående motivering:

"The Prodoc Team has managed to deliver to their customer, in combined strength with their IT Service Partner, a true solution that has great benefit for the customer in reducing the total cost of ownership of their complete document flow with an astonishing 27%!

Central core of the offering was aimed at bringing a solution to their customer and stay away from selling products only. This has brought them to being “top of the mind” solution provider with their customer.

In addition to the initial offering the Prodoc Team has been able to organize the activities from helpdesk and service delivery throughout the course of the contract to ensure the promised benefits for their customer will be materialized.
