Expansion of credit line with CEO (interim) to SEK 50 million

Ranplan Group AB has decided to expand the size of the credit line with Per Lindberg to up to SEK 50 million from up to SEK 30 million (as per the press release of 17 July 2019).  The amendment entails no changes to the terms and conditions: access to the credit line is free of charge and will be available until 17 July 2024, unless the Company assumes any other form of debt. The credit line will be used only if no other alternative provides either equivalent or better terms and conditions. In the event of draw-downs on this facility, interest will be charged at a rate of 1% per month (only on the amount actually used). This agreement has been approved by the Board of Directors without the CEO’s participation.
