HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellion emitterade ny obligation med en löptid om 3,5 år och förtids inlöste tidigare obligation
  • Marginalförbättringar inom Infrastruktur men fortsatt dämpad efterfrågan och försäljning
  • Positivt kassaflöde från verksamheten för sjätte kvartalet i rad

FJÄRDE KVARTALET (1 OKTOBER – 31 DECEMBER 2024)

  • Nettoomsättningen för kvartalet uppgick till MSEK 233,0 (258,9).
  • Justerad EBITA för perioden var MSEK 40,4 (41,2) vilket medför en marginal om 17,3% (15,9). Förbättring i marginal inom Infrastruktur.
  • EBITA uppgick till MSEK 29,2 (83,3) belastat med omvärdering av skuldförd köpeskilling om MSEK -8,8 (+44,4).
  • EBIT resultat för perioden var MSEK -6,7 (65,7) vilket inkluderar nedskrivning av immateriella tillgångar om MSEK -38,5 (-37,5).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK -43,1 (19,4).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten var MSEK 25,0 (97,1).

TOLV MÅNADER (1 JANUARI – 31 DECEMBER 2024)

  • Nettoomsättningen uppgick till MSEK 864,8 (950,1).
  • Justerad EBITA var MSEK 119,8 (141,1), en marginal på 13,8% (14,9).
  • EBITA uppgick till 101,9 (176,5) där resultateffekten på omvärdering av skuldförd köpeskilling var MSEK -8,8 (+44,4).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK -180,0 (19,5), inklusive resultat ifrån avyttrade verksamheter om MSEK -126,2 (-).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten var MSEK 102,8 (155,5).
  • Räntebärande nettoskuld i förhållande till justerad EBITDA (R12 proforma) är 4,2 ggr (4,2). Leverage för maintenance test var 3,3x (3,0) vilket är väl inom obligationsvillkor om 4,5x.
  • Under Q1 förvärvades 1 bolag och 1 bolag avyttrades under Q3. 
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 149,8 (55,9).

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellion issued new bond with a maturity of 3.5 years and early redeemed previous bond
  • Improved margins within Infrastructure but still weak demand and sales 
  • Positive cash flow from operations for the sixth consecutive quarter

FOURTH QUARTER (OCTOBER 1 – DECEMBER 31, 2024)

  • Net sales amounted to MSEK 233.0 (258.9).
  • Adjusted EBITA was MSEK 40.4 (41.2), corresponding to a margin of 17.3% (15.9). Margin improvement attributable to Infrastructure.
  • EBITA amounted to MSEK 29.2 (83.3) impacted by revaluation of purchase price debt of MSEK -8.8 (44.4).
  • EBIT for the period was MSEK -6.7 (65.7), which includes impairment of intangible assets of MSEK -38.5 (-37.5).
  • Net income for the period was MSEK -43.1 (19.4).
  • Cash flow from operating activities was MSEK 25.0 (97.1).

TWELVE MONTHS (JANUARY 1 – DECEMBER 31, 2024)

  • Net sales amounted to MSEK 864.8 (950.1).
  • Adjusted EBITA was MSEK 119.8 (141.1), a margin of 13.8% (14.9). 
  • EBITA amounted to MSEK 101.9 (176.5) where the effect on revaluation of purchase price debt was MSEK -8.8 (+44.4). 
  • Net income for the period was MSEK -180.2 (19.5), including net income from divested operations of MSEK -126.2 (-).
  • Cash flow from operating activities was MSEK 102.8 (155.5).
  • NIBD in relation to adjusted EBITDA (R12 proforma) was 4.2 times (4.2). Leverage for maintenance test was 3.3x (3.0), which is well within bond conditions of 4.5x.
  • During Q1, 1 company was acquired and 1 company was divested in Q3.
