Rebellion annonserar partiell återköp av sitt utestående 2022/2025 obligationslån

Rebellion Operations AB (publ) (”Bolaget” eller ”Rebellion”) meddelar att Bolaget återköpt obligationer till ett nominellt belopp om 22,5 MSEK, till 98 procent av par, under Bolagets utestående 2022/2025 750 MSEK obligationslån med ISIN SE0017486509 (”Obligationerna”).

Bolaget genomförde ett första återköp i slutet av januari 2024 till ett nominellt värde av 93,75 MSEK samtidigt som Koncernmodern, Rebellion Capital AB (publ) (“Koncernmodern” eller “Koncernen”) också genomförde ett köp till ett nominellt värde av 15 MSEK. Totalt har Koncernen återköpt Obligationer motsvarande 131,25 MSEK i nominellt värde.

Rebellion announces partial buyback of its outstanding 2022/2025 bond loan

Rebellion Operations AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Rebellion”) announces that the Company has repurchased bonds in a nominal amount of SEK 22.5 million, at 98 percent of par, under the Company's outstanding 2022/2025 SEK 750 million bond loan with ISIN SE0017486509 (the “Bonds").

The Company conducted an initial repurchase at the end of January 2024 for a nominal value of SEK 93.75 million, while at the same time, the Parent Company, Rebellion Capital AB (publ) (the “Parent Company” or the “Group”), also made a purchase for a nominal value of SEK 15 million. In total, the Group has repurchased bonds equivalent to SEK 131.25 million in nominal value.
