HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellions nettoomsättning uppgick till MSEK 1 065 med en EBITA marginal om 14% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellions underliggande organiska tillväxt i nettoomsättning var 7% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellions kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 38 MSEK för det andra kvartalet.

ANDRA KVARTALET (1 APRIL – 30 JUNI 2023)

  • Nettoomsättningen var MSEK 269,9 (165,4).
  • EBITA uppgick till MSEK 35,0 (30,1), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 13,0% (18,2).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK -6,0 (11,5).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 37,7 (8,3).

SEX MÅNADER (1 JANUARI – 30 JUNI 2023)

  • Nettoomsättningen uppgick till MSEK 488,5 (246,3).
  • EBITA var MSEK 67,6 (44,9), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 13,8% (18,2).
  • EBITA för de två rörelsedrivande segmenten uppgick till MSEK 86,9 (54,8), vilket motsvarar en marginal om 17,8% (22,2).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK -10,2 (17,4).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 38,2 (27,1).

Interim report January - June 2023

"The first half of 2023 has been covered and we can state that the general economic uncertainty had a negative impact on the Group. This is mainly in terms of access to financing on terms that are reasonable for us and, by extension, our opportunities for continued growth through acquisitions.” says Amin Omrani, CEO, and continues "As the pace of acquisitions in the coming months will be lower than before, we instead see a good opportunity to intensify support for our existing businesses."

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellion’s net sales amounted to MSEK 1,065 with an EBITA margin of 14% (R12 proforma).
  • Rebellion’s underlying organic growth in net sales was 7% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellion’s cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 38 for the second quarter.

SECOND QUARTER (APRIL 1 – JUNE 30, 2023)

  • Net sales were MSEK 269.9 (165.4).
  • EBITA amounted to MSEK 35.0 (30.1), which corresponds to a margin of 13.0% (18.2).
  • The result for the period was MSEK -6.0 (11.5).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 37.7 (8.3).

SIX MONTHS (JANUARY 1 – JUNE 30, 2023)

  • Net sales amounted to MSEK 488.5 (246.3).
  • EBITA was MSEK 67.6 (44.9), which corresponds to a margin of 13.8% (18.2).
  • EBITA for the two operating segments amounted to MSEK 86.9 (54.8), which corresponds to a margin of 17.8% (22.2).
  • The result for the period was MSEK -10.2 (17.4).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 38.2 (27.1).
