HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellions nettoomsättning uppgick till MSEK 1 048 med en EBITA marginal om 12% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellions underliggande organiska tillväxt i nettoomsättning var 1% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellions kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 33 MSEK för det tredje kvartalet.

TREDJE KVARTALET (1 JULI – 30 SEPTEMBER 2023)

  • Nettoomsättningen var MSEK 243,3 (201,8).
  • EBITA uppgick till MSEK 29,5 (41,0), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 12,1% (20,3).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK 10,5 (13,2).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 33,3 (14,3).

NIO MÅNADER (1 JANUARI – 30 SEPTEMBER 2023)

  • Nettoomsättningen uppgick till MSEK 731,8 (448,1).
  • EBITA var MSEK 97,1 (85,9), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 13,3% (19,2).
  • EBITA för de två rörelsedrivande segmenten uppgick till MSEK 127,3 (102,8), vilket motsvarar en marginal om 17,4% (22,9).
  • Periodens resultat var MSEK 0,3 (30,7).
  • Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 71,6 (41,4).

"Despite the economic situation, most of the companies within the Group show great resilience and maintained profitability, which is reflected in an adjusted EBITA margin of 16% and with continued positive cash flow. Our operations within Industry & Trade continue to deliver results exceeding a 20% EBITA margin.” says Amin Omrani, CEO, and continues "The fact that we sit on a relatively large cash reserve gives us multiple options in terms of capital allocation, something that is even more important at the current interest rate level.”

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Rebellion’s net sales amounted to MSEK 1,048 with an EBITA margin of 12% (R12 proforma).
  • Rebellion’s underlying organic growth in net sales was 1% (R12 Proforma).
  • Rebellion’s cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 33 for the third quarter.

THIRD QUARTER (JULY 1 – SEPTEMBER 30, 2023)

  • Net sales were MSEK 243.3 (201.8).
  • EBITA amounted to MSEK 29.5 (41.0), which corresponds to a margin of 12.1% (20.3).
  • The result for the period was MSEK 10.5 (13.2).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 33.3 (14.3).

NINE MONTHS (JANUARY 1 – SEPTEMBER 30, 2023)

  • Net sales amounted to MSEK 731.8 (448.1).
  • EBITA was MSEK 97.1 (85.9), which corresponds to a margin of 13.3% (19.2).
  • EBITA for the two operating segments amounted to MSEK 127.3 (102.8), which corresponds to a margin of 17.4% (22.9).
  • The result for the period was MSEK 0,3 (30.7).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 71.6 (41,4).
