Rebellion summerar året med att publicera årsredovisningen för 2022. Årsredovisningen finns tillgänglig på Rebellions hemsida. Den engelska versionen kommer att finnas tillgänglig inom kort.   

” 2022 var ett år då vi som företagsgrupp tog stora kliv framåt och uppnådde flertal viktiga milstolpar. En av de viktigaste höjdpunkterna under året var att säkra finansiering för fortsatt tillväxt. Trots det hårda klimatet på kapitalmarknaden lyckades vi resa såväl MSEK 200 i eget kapital som MSEK 750 i obligationsfinansiering. Det gav oss bränsle att hålla en hög tillväxttakt som ledde till 12 förvärv under året. Vår målsättning är fortsatt att växa med de principer som utgjort grunden för vår verksamhet, med högkvalitativa bolag som genererar starka kassaflöden”, säger Amin Omrani, VD.

“2022 was a year when we, as a company group, took big steps forward and achieved several important milestones. One of the most important highlights during the year was securing financing for continued growth. Despite the tough climate on the capital market, we managed to raise both MSEK 200 in equity and MSEK 750 in bond financing. It gave us fuel to maintain a high growth rate that led to 12 acquisitions during the year. Our goal is to continue to grow with the same principles that form the basis of our business, with high-quality companies that generate strong cash flows," says Amin Omrani, CEO.
