Niklas Lefévre, 45, is the new Sales and Marketing Director for Rottne Industri AB.
   Niklas previously worked in a similar role at Elme Spreader and he brings almost 20 years' experience in the engineering industry with him.
   He took up the position on the 1st of March 2022.

Rottne Industri is facing an exciting future, including the construction of a new machine hall and an investment in two new cutting-edge bed milling machines. The long-term goal is to produce 300 forestry machines annually. Now, the next piece of the jigsaw is in place, with Niklas Lefévre as our new Sales and Marketing Director.
   "Rottne Industri is an interesting company with large ambitions and it has now embarked on an exciting journey of change and improvement, both nationally and globally. The company has initiated a major process, and I am genuinely looking forward to being part of this journey," Niklas Lefévre says.
   "This is the type of business where I feel I can help. I have worked in industries where you work from 'start to finish', with the total production of products, and this is something I enjoy."

After some eight years at Elme Spreader, a manufacturer of lifting gear for handling containers and, before that, working with heating products at Enertech, Niklas felt it was time to try something new.
   That opportunity popped up at Rottne Industri.
   "I come from Skåne originally, but moved to the Växjö region as a teenager. I have remained here ever since, and it feels good to continue my career in Kronoberg," Niklas Lefévre says.
   "The entrepreneurial spirit is strong in the region, not least in Rottne Industri, which is a strong and locally-owned brand that works with the entire flow in the manufacturing process. We should be proud of the local entrepreneurial spirit in Kronoberg and I hope I can contribute with a good mix of knowledge and experience."

Rottne Industri is in a strong phase and further new appointments will be made to match the market's demand for our products.

Niklas Lefévre likes to spend his leisure time with his family, training and enjoys spending time in the woods and nature, as both his parents and parents-in-law have their own forests.
   Nevertheless, he has never operated any forestry machinery – at least, not yet.
   "My family and I live on a horse farm and my experience of machinery runs to tractors and brushcutters, there is so much that is new for me. But I see that as a rewarding challenge."
